Shows in FIVE different states in March, as well as one federal district that SHOULD be a state

Monday, February 24, 2025

I'll be doing a lot of travelling and performing over the next few weeks. I've highlighted a few special events below, but please check out my complete calendar here for shows in Maryland, DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, and Florida through the end of March!

Friday, February 28 -- BlackRock Center for the Arts

Another fun and exciting swing dance brought to you by the good folks of Gottaswing, this time at a new (to us) venue in Germantown, Maryland! Admission is just $20 -- you can get your tickets in advance right now, or just get 'em at the door. Intro dance lesson at 8 pm is included in the price of admission and then we play from 8:30 to 10:30 pm.

Yours truly, along with vocalist Flo Anito, pianist Sean Lane, bassist Will Ledbetter, and drummer Wes Crawford.

Sunday, March 2 -- Atlas Performing Arts Center

A rare seated concert performance right in DC! This is part of the Atlas' "INTERSECTIONS" Festival. A 6 pm performance. Advance ticket purchase is strongly encouraged -- click here to get 'em now! A lot of klezmer, and a little bit of jazz and swing, as well, with yours truly, pianist Sean Lane, and bassist Bob Abbott.

But wait...there's more!

Tuesday, March 4 -- Fat Tuesday Celebration at William Jeffrey's Tavern in Arlington, Virginia. 7 to 10 pm. No cover! With pianist Sean Lane, bassist Dan Hall, and one excessively exuberant clarinetist. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

Wednesday, March 5 -- Concert with the Music Pilgrim Trio at Beth El Congregation of Baltimore.

A free one-hour concert at 7:30 pm! Yours truly, along with guitarist/vocalist Vladimir Fridman and bassist Bob Abbott. In the Offit Auditorium.

Thursday, March 6 -- "Klezmer & More!" concert with the Seth Kibel Trio at Temple B'Nai Israel in Easton, Maryland.

Pre-concert lecture (given by moi) at 7 pm, and then the concert (where I'll be joined by pianist Sean Lane and bassist Bob Abbott) at 8 pm. It's free, but you've got to reserve tickets in advance. Click here to do so right now!

Then, another tour with concert pianist Daniel Weiser!

Sunday, March 9 -- Savannah, Georgia

Tuesday, March 11 -- Naples, Florida

Wednesday, March 12 -- Naples, Florida

Friday, March 14 -- St. Petersburg, Florida

Are you on Bluesky? If you are, join me for some Muskless social media interaction!
