"Join us for our celebrated “JEWISH JAZZ” program featuring the wonderful Seth Kibel on clarinet. We will perform some exciting Klezmer-influenced music by Michele Magnani, Lev Kogan, Bela Kovacs, and Simon Sargon and make connections between the Jewish sound and early American Jazz, especially in the music of Benny Goodman and Artie Shaw. Kibel is a Baltimore legend who performs regularly at Keystone Korner and other jazz clubs as well as performing Klezmer music throughout the region."
