The Return of The Alexandria Kleztet
The Alexandria Kleztet, my award-winning, genre-bending klezmer band, doesn't play very many public shows anymore.  But we've got one this Sunday!
"Klezmer Brunch" with Seth Kibel & The Alexandria Kleztet
1529 16th Street, NW
Washington, DC  20036
11 am to 12:30 pm
$30 for brunch and concert, $15 concert only.  Brunch reservations MUST be made by Wednesday, May 18.
With Helen Hausmann on violin, Bob Abbott on double bass, and Tim Jarvis on drums.
And just in case you insist on making it "Facebook Official," although this isn't a substitute for making actual reservations!

Wammie Win!

I'm delighted to report that my 2015 CD release, "No Words," recently won the Washington Area Music Award (Wammie) for "2015 Jazz Recording."  These awards are voted on by musicians and music-industry professionals in the Greater Washington metropolitan region, so it's especially gratifying to be recognized by my peers.

This album is available pretty much everywhere fine music is sold along the information superhighway, both digitally and in coffee coaster formats.

More gigs on the website, including a whole slew of sets at the Washington Folk Festival (June 4 & 5), and a return to The New Deal Cafe on Wednesday, June 8!

Lots more gigs listed online at:
